Delivery Information

All items ordered, and available in stock, ordered before 2pm are usually despatched from our warehouse the same day via our courier Royal Mail subject to payment clearances.

We offer three delivery options for UK mainland addresses so that you can choose the most suitable service for your needs.

Our standard service for UK orders is Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipment. We also offer the options to upgrade to a sign for or next-day delivery service for an additional charge.

A despatch email is sent when parcels leave our warehouse.

European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 14 days after being despatched and are subject to customs clearance.

Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses overseas.

If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon – Fri (excluding public holidays etc).

Most of our items are in stock awaiting despatch unless a pre-order message is shown below the items description.

The cost of postage and packing for items ordered is displayed automatically in your basket during the order process but for a complete breakdown the costs are as follows

DHL or FedEx (Price on Request / Special Quote)

We do not take responsibility for parcel lost or stolen after it stated "Delivered" in the tracking system. If you are worrying about your parcel will get lost or stolen, you may consider to use the Sign For shipping services for extra security.

Customs – Post Brexit

When ordering mail-order goods from us for delivery worldwide (not within the UK), you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

DELIVERY COSTS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Delivery to countries outside of the UK (EU & RoW) are carried out on behalf of our UK Courier Royal Mail by associated 3rd party couriers to them, in the respective country of the purchaser, however are trackable via our courier Royal Mail.
