Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bigboystudiouk@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Model cars, dioramas, and figures are handmade and cannot be guaranteed to be flawless. Even if the item is brand new, it may have minor imperfections such as uneven paint, pad printing issues, scratches, slight paint loss, stains, mold line burrs, or poor rolling wheels due to manufacturing quality control. Additionally, damage to plastic boxes or wrinkles on cardboard may occur during shipping. These are all normal occurrences and do not qualify as quality issues. If you encounter minor issues like those mentioned above, they must be addressed on your own. Our store will not accept returns, exchanges, or compensation requests for such problems. However, if you find missing parts, large areas of paint peeling, significant scratches, or other major defects, please leave the item unopened, retain it in its original packaging, and contact us immediately.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not take responsibility for parcel lost or stolen after it stated "Delivered" in the tracking system. If you are worrying about your parcel will get lost or stolen, you may consider to use the Sign For shipping services for extra security.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
